What is Studio Edit?

Studio Edit is a modern beauty education and artistry space where makeup lovers can learn, create, connect and build confidence through makeup.

What is The Studio Edit Lab?

The Studio Edit Lab is our creative beauty program designed for younger makeup lovers, featuring workshops, holiday activities and hands-on beauty creation experiences.

How can I apply for a pro makeup artist discount?

You can submit an application here. And it'll get sent to us for approval.

What's the cancellation policy?

Booking & Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply to all bookings, including makeup applications, makeup lessons, consultations, workshops, private events, parties and group experiences.

Booking Confirmation

A deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The booking deposit secures your appointment or event date and covers administration, planning and preparation costs. Deposits are non-refundable.

Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to workshops, parties and private events unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Makeup Appointments & Private Lessons

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice may have their booking fee transferred to a future appointment date, subject to availability.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time may forfeit the deposit or part payment paid.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit or transfer.

Guest Numbers

For parties and group events, final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.

Once final numbers have been confirmed, reductions in guest numbers may not be eligible for a refund or credit as products, supplies and staffing arrangements may have already been prepared.

Event Cancellations

More than 14 days before the event

Any payments made, excluding the deposit, may be transferred to a future booking date within 6 months, subject to availability.

7–14 days before the event

The booking may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date within 6 months, subject to availability.

Refunds may not be available for products, materials or costs already incurred in preparation for the event.

Less than 7 days before the event

Refunds are generally not available due to the preparation, staffing and materials allocated to the booking.

Requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Illness & Unforeseen Circumstances

If a participant, birthday guest or booking organiser is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where reasonable, we will endeavour to reschedule the booking to a future date, subject to availability. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals

Appointments and events will commence and conclude at the scheduled times.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or experience and may not be eligible for additional time, refunds or credits.

Allergies & Medical Conditions

Parents, guardians and clients are responsible for advising of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to the booking.

While reasonable care is taken, participants use products at their own discretion and should discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Damage to Property

Guests and participants are expected to treat the studio, furniture, equipment and products with care.

The booking organiser may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing property damaged as a result of intentional, reckless or negligent behaviour.

Photography & Content

Photos and videos may be taken during appointments, workshops and events for memory-making, content creation and promotional purposes.

If a participant does not wish to appear in photographs or videos, this must be advised prior to the booking.

Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit, making a booking or attending an appointment, workshop or event, the client or booking organiser acknowledges and accepts these Booking & Cancellation Terms.

Where is Studio Edit located?

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order within 24 hours of placing your order, Monday to Friday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and shipping rates are determined using current Australia Post pricing.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for purchase online or in the studio and can be used towards both products and services.
